By using 8192.app ("8192", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The operator's name and address are in the Impressum.
8192 is an unofficial, fan-made Pokémon Gen 4 shiny-hunting reference, shop, and community site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Google, or YouTube. All Pokémon names, images, and related trademarks are property of their respective owners, used here for informational, non-commercial reference purposes.
You agree to use 8192 only for lawful purposes, and not to abuse, scrape excessively, or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure. Some content is community-submitted or aggregated (such as linked YouTube videos); we don't control or vouch for third-party content and aren't responsible for it.
The home page displays video thumbnails and links sourced via the YouTube API Services. By using that part of the site you're also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for what data that involves.
If you're a consumer, you have the following right of withdrawal:
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (digital content), or — for physical goods — from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the operator named in the Impressum, postal address there, email 8192.support@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us; the deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Early expiry for digital files. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (our STL files and Shiny Cards), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we begin delivering the files (§ 356(5) BGB), because at checkout you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately, before the withdrawal period ends, and confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once it does. We confirm this agreement in your delivery email.
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

The free reference content on 8192 is provided "as is." We try to keep game data accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or always up to date. This doesn't limit your statutory rights for anything you buy.
We're liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law (e.g. the Product Liability Act) says so. For slight negligence we're only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
German law applies. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
